wheel speed sensors

I have been encountering a hesitation during acceleration with the skid light briefly flashing and a groaning noise coming from passenger side which I think is the 4wd ecu. Checked front wheel speed sensors and they appear to be clean. Checked the rear wheel speed sensors and they had some residue on them but also a coating of gear oil. Is that normal for the rear wheel speed sensors? No other warning lights are on, but the check engine light has come on periodically for the past few years and the code is P0430.

The P0430 code on a Toyota Sequoia means "Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)." It indicates that the vehicle's onboard computer detects that the catalytic converter on Bank 2 (the side of the engine opposite the #1 cylinder) is operating below 95% efficiency. [1, 2, 3]

I had a similar issue with my 05 hesitating at acceleration. I did a zero point reset to recalibrate the yaw sensor and it went away. Worth looking into.
