Buzzing shifts

My 2006 sequoia has a grinding/buzzing noise right before its shift points. Not really loud but noticeable and I think the buzzing is beginning to start sooner up to the shift point now. Has anyone else experienced these noises?

Can you post a video of the noise? Might be something as simple as a loose heat shield. Last year I grabbed a grease gun and went after every zerk fitting on my driveline which helped quiet things down.
