As the title conveys, I’m unsure of the correct course of action. My trailing arms bushings are cracked and there is an intermittent clunk when going over bumps (sway bar links already replaced).
The truck has 247k miles and is 21-years old. Here’s the question - is it generally better to swap the bushings or get aftermarket replacements?
They sells replacement bushing kits but I don’t know how difficult it’ll be to knock out the old ones. ( 10x Toyota Sequoia (01-07) Rear Upper/Lower/Lateral Arm Bushing Polyurethane Bushing Kit - Polyurethane Suspension Bushings - https://psbushings.com/product/10x-toyota-sequoia-01-07-rear-upper-lower-lateral-arm-bushing-polyurethane-bushing-kit/). I don’t have a shop press or ball joint kit.
Alternatively, is it advised to just replace the whole set to avoid the hassle of pressing out the old bushings? APOC (2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia Adjustable Trailing Arms | Fits Stock to 6” Lift - https://apocindustries.com/products/1996-02-toyota-4-runner-adjustable-trailing-arms?variant=41658422067261) and SRQ Fabrication (2001-2007 Sequoia Opt Offroad Rear Adjustable Control Arms - https://www.srqfabrications.com/products/rear-adjustable-control-arms-01-07-sequoia?variant=52328421982571) sells kits that would (presumably) be an upgrade over stock.

Thanks
