Cold air from the console

I have had my 2023 Sequoia for about a month, haven't driven it too much yet because I drive my Tundra in the winter but I noticed cold air coming out from the console when I'm driving and it seems to come out next to your leg and it's quite cold. The console is also very cold to the touch. Anyone else experienced something like that?

I wonder if you're missing some sort of panel or grommet in the transmission tunnel that's allowing outside air to come in through the console?
