Bike hitch 2’ receiver: how to reduce rattle?

Hello

New here. I used an extender for my bike rack but when I insert the extender in the main hitch, there’s some space I noticed which make it rattle/wobble. I tried to use some anti-rattle product but it doesn’t work because the main hitch is tucked inside.

I don't have a picture, but they do make rattle reducers for hitches. I'm not sure which style you used so I can only help so much. Kurt and many others make different styles. I have one on my bike rack and it helps, but the rack itself makes a bunch of noise.
