Advice on 2016 Sequoia

Just picked up a 2016 with about 88,000 on it. Steering wheel shakes badly when coming down hill and breaking.

Rotors sound sounds reasonable. Does the IFS suspension have ball joints? I'm not sure... The only other culprits are typically bent wheels, or bad wheel bearings in front. I would certainly use a mechanic that specializes in either Toyotas or at least Japanese cars. General mechanics will put anything in place to replace toyo parts, OEM last for a reason.
