Rotors sound sounds reasonable. Does the IFS suspension have ball joints? I'm not sure... The only other culprits are typically bent wheels, or bad wheel bearings in front. I would certainly use a mechanic that specializes in either Toyotas or at least Japanese cars. General mechanics will put anything in place to replace toyo parts, OEM last for a reason.
