What else should I work on while I've got the intake off?

Good morning! Looking for advice. I'll be fixing valve cover gasket leaks and changing the starter soon, what else should I have on the list while I am in there with the intake off? Already knocked out the LBJ's, timing cover, water pump, steering rack and alternator.
