Sunroof stuck open

I have a 2003 Sequoia Limited with 403,765 miles. Truck is in great shape, no rust, 16.5 mpg. Issue is the sunroof will not close all the way. It was stuck open and I was able to pull it almost shut but it will not lift up to close 100%.

I have replaced the sunroof motor but still no luck. Sprayed some anti rust fluid into where the tracks and motor meet.

Any suggestions?
