Disable 4WD in 2007 Sequoia?

I’ve installed a new actuator, but I was Just driving along in 2wd and the 4hi and diff lol lights started flashing without being touched. My truck is now stuck in 4Hi, and sounds like the whole front end is coming apart when I turn the wheel slightly. I got it home and my question is, can the 4WD system be disabled?
