The last two weeks I’ve been trying to figure out why the dash lights are flashing:
4Lo/4Hi, Pre-Collision, menu cycles through Pre-Collision System Malfunction - Blind Spot Monitor Malfunction - Rear Cross Traffic Alert Malfunction - Drive-Start Control Malfunction

Lights ON & NOT flashing: ABS, Brake, Traction control, RCTA, BSM, Seatbelt and Master warning Triangle w/Exclamation Mark.

I have a new battery, fuses intact, clean wires/no rips tears, checked all wiring down to wheel sensors, no damage noted and connections look/feel great. Drives like normal.

Took to Autozone and NO CODES found. WTF?

Any ideas Toyota fam? Attached Video & Picture.

Hi Jafo, I had something similar begin last month. 4HI-4LO, diff lock all flashing, accompanied by ABS, SLIP and Check BSM. A quick google at the time point to a reset of one of the computers, which I did by disconnect the battery before bed. All has been good until yesterday...see attached....

I disconnect my battery for about 20 minutes, how long did you disconnect yours?

When this first happened, I tried disconnecting for that amount of time and it didn't work. So I then left the battery disconnected overnight and the vehicle was fine the next morning and has been for the past month. When it occurred again yesterday, the car sat in the driveway for about an hour with just the key off and it reset, but it is back again today, so I will disconnect the battery again overnight.

I’m wondering if it the Transmission Actuator intermittently acting up on yours. While mine might be toast? I’ll unplug mine again for a longer period and see?

I'll disconnect my batt tonight and let it sit overnight, and see how it goes. If it occurs again, and no one chimes in with a fix, I'll head to my mech.....

Mine is a 2013 Plat., btw. 150k miles.

Mine has no codes.

Mine: 2019 Limited 100k

Interesting no codes? What is being used to read?
Autozone and O’Reillys code readers.

Still no changes after battery disconnected for 6 hours. I’m forced to take it to the dealership at this point to see if they can tell me with their scanners.

This morning my problem still there, so looks like a 'hard-failure' on my end also. I'm hoping a Toyota Techie will chime in here....

Let me know how it goes. I’m taking mine in tomorrow morning. I’ll let you know what they tell me as well.
