2003 Sequoia Front Door stopped working locking and unlocking using key fob

My 2003 Sequoia SR5 4WD Front Door stopped working locking and unlocking from the key fob. Now I have to use the key to lock/unlock the front door. The other 3 doors (front right passenger and 2 rear left and right passenger doors) are working, i.e., locking and unlocking remotely using the key fob. What could be wrong? I googled this issue and it says the door actuator might be broken? It might be just coincidence, my HomeLink also stopped working. Thanks for your help!

I can only imagine it's the actuator... nothing else makes sense really. Can't be the fob, as you say.

Does the lock/unlock switch on the door work? If so, it's not the actuator. Im betting it doesn't, which would mean either you have a loose connector to the actuator or a bad actuator. Do you hear or feel and clicking in the lock while trying to use the remote? If so the actuator could be jammed or binding.
