Is there a simple fix to keep my sun visor from swinging around if it is not in the little hook? It is so loose that when I move it to the window to block the sun, it'll hit my head on every left turn. It's annoying!

Is there a simple fix to keep my sun visor from swinging around if it is not in the little hook? It is so loose that when I move it to the window to block the sun, it'll hit my head on every left turn. It's annoying!

I wish I could have figured a way to repair it. <g> Maybe try pinching the tube inside it to provide more friction on the the rod in the center?

The simplest way I found was to buy a new one. In the end I had to buy two as the old/new color wasn't an exact match.
