Locking Gas Cap Recommendation

I think once in a while somebody is stealing my gas. Will a locking gas cap prevent that, and any recommendations? The price goes from around $9 to up to $35...I read something about if its not a good snug fit with gaskets, it messes with smog checks or something?

I purchased one from Autozone (part# 5791) for about $15 at least a month ago and have had no issues. I also ran a locking gas cap for years on a different SUV of mine with no issues as well.
