Key won’t unlock doors

My 2007 limited Sequoia started making an extended beep when I tried to lock it with the remote. I had to lock it with the key. Today I tried to get in it with the key and it wouldn’t unlock the door. Any ideas, please!

My 05 gives me that sound when a door is open and I try to lock it. Check the doors and hatch to see if something is ajar.
