I just bought and used a Carista this weekend. Itās fantastic! I was able to turn off the seatbelt dings (only adults ride in my vehicle, and the light still work!), and set the windows to go down by holding the unlock key.. the only problem is you canāt make them go back up so make damn sure you want them down!Hi DanaB.
I have tried the Lexus trick of hitting unlock and then holding it down to roll down the windows and open the sunroof on my 2026 1794 Sequoia too with no success.
You can use the key fob to start the car by pressing it 3 times in succession and then holding it down. I have not been too successful at getting it to work 100% of the time. I think it is a timing issue. The remote start on the phone app (and I think you can put it on your watch as an app too) works 100% of the time.
I wanted to see what it was like with and without the Engine Sound Enhancement and the dealer just turned it off. I should have asked if there were other options you could turn on or off before I bought it. According to Carista, there are like 140 hidden options and rolling the windows down by long pressing the unlock is one of them. I have an OBD-II adapter so I am going to have to look into the best android phone app to hook up to modify those.

I already had the dealer turn off the fake engine noise, and the active noise cancellation before I picked it up, but I wouldāve done that too!
I got the Evo. The app is free, but thereās very little you can do without a subscription.. Iām going to use the heck out of it for a month and then keep it in my truck as an OBD reader.
